The award winning summer bedding display in the Walled Garden in Gladstone Park.

Here are some photographs of the stunning displays in the Walled Garden that won first prize in the most sought after of the "London in Bloom" awards for the best summer bedding display in the Greater London area.

The display of over 18,000 plants, all arranged in a fabulous combination of patterns and colour were designed by Andy Atkins (BPS area manager) and Gladstone Parks' own resident gardener Julie.

These photographs, whilst illustrating the mix of plants and colours are a shadow of what the beds looked like at their peak during the summer months of 2005.
